[Image taken 21.05.23] Malton Road / New Lane, Huntington / York. The temporary barriers at the closed shared use/toucan crossing over New Lane were upright today. Context: #193943. Other image here today and links: #194141.
End of Cycleway - you don't say. But this area in front of Białystok station has been massively remodelled and improved, so it's all good.
This is going to be great - every motor vehicle will encroach on the contraflow cycle lane. It may be better to use the next road north (also contraflow).
Future cycleway towards Berwick station (NCN route 2 - on the opposite side of the road to the northern section)
Avenue being resurfaced for the Tour de France with minor improvements - what a shame they didn't take the opportunity to put in a good cycle track too. But Rodez doesn't even have much cycle parking.

Southbound cyclists are told to dismount for the roadworks here. Northbound the cycle lane is supposedly closed, but most vehicles are easily keeping out of it.
Complicated map explaining how to get to the docks avoiding the roadworks. We followed the advised route and it worked.
Southern end of construction of the shared-use route by the A1198 south from Papworth Everard (at the end of January 2022) - it seems it may end here at this hotel until the A428 dialling is complete past Caxton Gibbet.
Finally the collapsing bridge is being fixed - what a performance. Cyclists are supposed to wait for an escort, but I doubt if many are bothering [and the sign about the escort was soon removed].
The toucan crossing midway along North Canal Bank Street has been installed, but the tactile paving is still the incorrect corduroy (hazard) rather than the cycleway type. The top surface for both the cycleway and carriageway remains to be … [more]
Traffic signals being installed on Lochburn Road at the canal bridge. Low-level cycle signals have been included for cyclists going along Lochburn Road. [Now they are operational, the low-level signals give cyclists a head-start of a few … [more]
Work in progress to make the 'Robin Hood junction' more pedestrian (but not cycle) friendly. Four-way lights control and sometimes long queues. OK to cycle with the traffic, but a nightmare to work out where to cross if wheeling or walking.

Some mistake surely? Northbound cycle lane, northbound general traffic lane, but at least southbound cyclists can use the footway here.
Irony of closing a redway with bikes used to promote a development. At least there were some redway diversion signs nearby.
Temporary arrangements at the south end of Histon Road and two contractor's vehicles largely blocking the contraflow cycle lane.
It looks as if this crossing over Huntingdon Road towards Eddington is being replaced during the Covid-19 lockdown.
Cyclists Dismount sign at roadworks - but at least there is access for cyclists and pedestrians, despite the sign in Shepreth.
Conventional footways by the look of it at this new access to the West Cambridge site - no cycle provision.
Sustainable drainage provides space for roadworks signs! Beyond the sign, there's another of those mysterious ramps as in #112831.
Construction of new cycleway along the central reservation of Avenida Italia in Montevideo - visible on Google satellite images, but not yet on OpenCycleMap.

At the eastern end of the new cycleway along Avenida Italia in Montevideo it will move somehow from the central reservation to the edge of Parque Rivera. (Approximate location.)
The new cycleway along St Rollox Drive leads onto this footway which has not been upgraded. It is obstructed ahead by utilities work and the only way onto the road is across the grass. There's also a 'No Cycling' sign on the back of the … [more]
Much-needed new cycleway under construction along the south side of the Baie du Mont St Michel (approximate location).

Will this ever form a useful link for cyclists? [now connecting to Washpit Lane, Girton, and Bar Hill]
Construction work, presumably for the riverside route R11 in Bratislava, under the Stary Most (Old Bridge), recently rebuilt for trams, cyclists and pedestrians only.
Having rebuilt the first half of the path to Chaucer Road, the contractors are now working on the other half.
The abandoned cycleway project seems to be growing a nice layer of grass. At least no-one is parking on this side now.
Cycling home with Flora along Pollokshaws Road. Traffic management for the shared path resurfacing better cycle provision than path itself! Buy hey, 6 lanes for motors obviously essential https://t.co/Whhbubr5SC
Exciting to spot Sauchiehall Street's new 'avenue' taking shape in Glasgow. 👀 🎉 🚶♀️🚲🌳🚌🚙 🚶♀️ Just couldn't help noticing the state of what appears to be the final cycle surface, in contrast to the new mirror-smooth machine laid … [more]
