Two motor vehicles blocking the contraflow cycle lane - in both cases there was a space free on the legal side of the road.

Why would anyone put two posts in the middle of the tactile paving? Because they don't have a clue what it's for, presumably.
What I think is meant to be a cycleway on the right comes to an abrupt (and unsigned) end at a tree. There's a sort of Cyclists Dismount sign a few metres further on - see #106195
[Image taken 16.4.23] Looking from the former Bootham Park Hospital grounds towards Bootham, York. Other image here today, context and links: #193056.
I think this is meant to be a cycle lane - but I also think there's probably nothing to stop cars from parking in it.

Nicely ramped bridge across the Târnava Mare river from Blaj to Izvoarele - dropped kerbs would help.
Discriminatory blocking of the route to the Arkleston bridge across the M8 motorway, with tyres being placed over the bollards, narrowing the gaps between them considerably.

Terrible provision on NCN routes 6 and 68 - a couple of signs, but nothing has been done about the barrier, and the only drop kerb is on the far side.
Link to the riverside NCN route 6 - a dropped kerb would help, but it can be reached from the shared-use footway.
A low wooden barrier, almost invisible in darkness, has been added to the down ramp from the Abbey-Chesterton bridge. This appears to be intended to prevent wheeled users from bypassing the chicane by cycling over the mud.

This photo gives an idea of just how much of the route is lost beneath mud. There is probably more lost on the east side too.
I cleared some of the mud from this cycleway with a shovel. I didn't touch the east side, so there's probably at least 12 inches under there too.
A severe chicane breaks the universal yellow bollards regime on the Milton Keynes redway network, where a steep descent meets a road.
