It's essential to do the classic Morecambe and Wise pose at the Eric Morecambe Statue on the prom to ensure bringing some sunshine to onlookers...

From Morecambe Prom, enjoy the distant views across the Bay to the Lake District fells. You can name the summits by lining them up with the topographic sculpture on the prom which is part of the cycleway.

Impressive bicycle wheel sculpture by renowned artist Chris Brammall which marks the start or end of Morecambe Bay's flagship multi-day cycle route, the Bay Cycle Way.

A bit of a flourish in the cycleway alongside V8 Marlborough Street, Springfield, Milton Keynes. The main purpose of this is to give a good view over the valley.

Arriving at Tibidabo

Take a scenic train ride to Kents Bank Station on the Furness Line from mainline stations at Preston or Lancaster for some stunning walks including Humphrey Head, a spectacular limestone headland with far-reaching views of Morecambe Bay.

Jubilee Gardens X6 bus stop opposite the library in Ulverston, Cumbria. Hop off the bus here for access to a wide variety of town and countryside walks.
