Workstand in the covered cycle parking area next to Bletchley railway station. The workstand had no tools and the pump head was missing.
The racks at this Premier Inn, Hinckley are mounted too close to the wall preventing secure parking. Also they are too close together. But at least they are close to the reception area.

Cycle parking for railway staff, I think - but it doesn't work when there's a car parked right in front (you could try from the rear, but that doesn't work too well).
Cyclists don't want parking that doesn't support the frame - so the bikes are leaning against railings to the right.

Astonishing - there's a large car park but no cycle parking at all for Red Cross first aid courses at Lothbury House.
Not so much 'No Parking' as not enough cycle parking in the right places. Also, it was installed too close to the wall.
