[Image taken 27.5.23] Bootham Stray, York. [NOTE: No street view at this location. Location approximate.] Bootham Stray between Foss Islands Path and New Earswick (Alder Way) is blooming. As is the growth under the cattle grid. Shows how little use that option gets. As there haven’t been any cattle grazing here since before covid, the gates have been removed. I hope this obstruction will be removed and the trough filled in such that the path is usable, level and smooth over its full width. Other image here today: #194426.
