[UPDATE: Hedges have been cut back #175981.] [Image taken 13.7.21] Railway Walk, Marygate car park, York. [Note: No street view at this location.] Unchecked plant growth is exacerbating the issues introduced by the hoardings (casting shadows, obstructing views of the places you want to get to, making the place feel enclosed and unsafe). The plant growth that obstructed sightlines has been trimmed. Compare with: #170505. The mud remains. The Council needs to get to grips with foliage trimming throughout the growing season, throughout the city. Other images this issue today: #171942, #171944. Other (positive) images today see: #171939, #171940
